I believe real change starts with structured thinking and an authentic conversation. Whether I am facilitating a team through a Design Thinking challenge or coaching an individual through a cross-cultural transition, my approach combines practical tools with lived experience across New Zealand, Australia, and the Philippines, to help you move from where you are to where you want to be.
